Conceived as an open format, the series takes inspiration from open-mic events and PechaKucha-style gatherings. Participants are invited to contribute a short, 15-minute presentation, screening, performance, or other format related to their practice. Rather than following a predetermined program, the contributions are organized around thematic connections that emerge between them, with each group of presentations followed by a moderated discussion.
The first day-long event, Beyond the Method, took place on April 25, 2026, at Salzufer 13–15 in Berlin. Participants considered what it means to work with inherited trauma and feminist genealogies, to practice under conditions of fear and anxiety, and to understand the body as a site of knowledge.
